We are pleased to announce we will re-open our office, for Thompson Travel International, Faith & Culture Tours, The Cruise Counter and Travelling Alone Together on Wednesday 1st July.
To ensure the safety of our staff and you please read the following information.
1 - Opening Hours
Until we have further clarification, we will be opening on Wednesday 1st July 2020 and will remain open from Monday to Friday 11am - 3pm. If you call outside these hours your call will not be attended to until the following day.

The easiest way to make a payment at the moment is to send us a bank transfer. Our details are: -

2 – Appointments
We will not allow anyone to enter the office without prior appointment until we resume our full opening hours if our office is at full capacity.
There will be two appointment slots available each day per staff member, at either 11am or 1pm. Appointments can be booked for you to visit our office, have a telephone appointment or, a new feature, a face-to-face Zoom call from the comfort of your home. Zoom is brilliant for showing you properties and cruise ships whilst you can’t get your hands on a brochure.
When booking your appointment, we will need your name, contact number, email address, quick line about the purpose of your appointment so we can prepare.

3 – Health & Safety
To make sure we are pro-actively preventing the spread of coronavirus we have restructured our office layout. We will practice social distancing and we kindly ask that you do the same. We will limit the number of people in the office at any one time. We would ask if you plan on visiting the office to only bring one other person with you if you cannot attend alone.
We have enhanced our office-based health and safety measures so you can continue to explore the world with peace of mind.
4 – Positive Travel News
Over 85% of our 800 customers due to travel over the past 3 months have re-arranged their holidays for 2021. Our insurance company has also transferred any applicable insurance to that trip.
2021 has been on sale for a while now and new dates are being released on a weekly basis. Cruise companies continue to allow bookings up to 2 years in advance
Group travel – Updated itineraries available on our websites. Our groups that were due to travel up to end of August have successfully moved to 2021 with a few places remaining.
Eager travellers are looking forward to getting away from Summer 2020 on and the creation of air bridges is positive news for travel. Remember that aircraft change their air every 2 minutes. Have a look at the IATA website and find out more about the safety of air travel as opposed to other modes of transport.
